Confirm you can communicate with AR bot via text message and phone.

Open Settings from the left-hand sidebar.

Review your profile details when it opens.
​

Check that your name is correct.
​

(Optional) Upload a profile picture.
​

Verify your phone number shows a green checkmark next to it.
​

If there’s no green checkmark, enter your phone number.
​

Select the I accept checkbox.
​

Enter the verification code sent to your phone to complete verification.
​

Confirm you are verified so AR bot can recognize your number when you call or text.
