How to Use the CINC Integration
Note: This integration is currently being rolled out and may not be visible to all teams yet. If you don't see it in your Integrations page, contact your account owner or the BrokerBot support team to inquire about availability.
BrokerBot integrates with CINC (Commissions Inc.), a popular lead generation and CRM platform for real estate. Search leads, view details, create new leads, and manage notes — all from chat.
Connecting CINC
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find CINC and click Connect.
Authorize the connection with your CINC credentials.
Note: CINC integration availability may depend on your team's feature configuration.
What You Can Do
Search leads — Find leads in your CINC account by name, email, or other criteria.
View lead details — Pull up full information for a specific lead.
Create leads — Add new leads to CINC from chat.
Update leads — Edit lead information and status.
View lead notes — See notes attached to a lead.
View agents — List agents in your CINC account.
