How to Use the Canva Integration
BrokerBot integrates directly with Canva, giving you access to professional design tools without leaving the chat. Create marketing flyers, social media graphics, listing presentations, and more — all through conversation.
Connecting Canva
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find Canva and click Connect.
You'll be redirected to Canva to authorize the connection.
Once authorized, you'll see the status change to "Connected."
What You Can Do
Once connected, ask BrokerBot to:
Create designs — Start a new design in Canva from a description.
Browse brand templates — List and view your team's Canva brand templates.
Autofill templates — Populate a brand template with your property data, agent info, or custom text.
Upload images — Send images to Canva as assets for use in designs.
Export designs — Export finished designs as PNG, JPG, PDF, or MP4 in various quality levels.
Manage folders — Organize designs into Canva folders.
Browse designs — View and manage your existing Canva designs.

Disconnecting
To disconnect Canva, go to Settings → Integrations, find Canva, and click Disconnect.
