What File Types Are Supported in BrokerBot?

When adding files to your BrokerBot Knowledge Base, the following file types are accepted:

.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .svg, .tiff

Videos are automatically transcribed and visually analyzed when uploaded.

When attaching files directly in a chat conversation, the following file types are supported:

- Maximum <b>50 MB</b> per file
- Maximum <b>10 files</b> per upload
