When adding files to your BrokerBot Knowledge Base, the following file types are accepted:

.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .svg, .tiff

- .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .svg, .tiff

Video and audio files are not supported in the Knowledge Base.

Chat Attachments (Multimodal Input)

When attaching files directly in a chat conversation, the following file types are supported:

- Maximum 50MB per file
- Maximum 10 files per upload
