Saving a Photo on a Computer
Locate the image in your Brokerbot chat conversation.
Right-click directly on the image. A context menu will appear.
Select "Save image as..." (Chrome/Edge) or "Save image" (Safari/Firefox) from the menu.
Choose a folder on your computer where you'd like to save the file.
Click Save β the image will download to your selected location.
π‘ Tip: Most browsers also allow you to drag and drop the image directly onto your desktop or into a folder.
Saving a Photo on a Mobile Device (iOS & Android)
Open your Brokerbot chat and locate the image you want to save.
Press and hold (long-press) on the image until a menu appears.
Tap "Save to Photos" (iOS) or "Download image" (Android).
The image will be saved directly to your Photos app or Downloads folder.
π‘ Tip: On iPhone, you may need to grant Brokerbot permission to save to your Photos library the first time you attempt this.
Troubleshooting
Right-click menu not appearing? Make sure you're clicking directly on the image and not on the surrounding chat area.
Image not saving on mobile? Check that your browser has permission to save files or access your photo library in your device's settings.
Image looks low quality after saving? Try opening the image in a new tab first (right-click β "Open image in new tab"), then save from there for the full resolution version.
