How to Save a Photo

Brokerbot can generate images like virtual stagings, property flyers, and AI-generated visuals. Once an image appears in your chat, saving it to your device is quick and easy.

Saving a Photo on a Computer

  1. Locate the image in your Brokerbot chat conversation.

  2. Right-click directly on the image. A context menu will appear.

  3. Select "Save image as..." (Chrome/Edge) or "Save image" (Safari/Firefox) from the menu.

  4. Choose a folder on your computer where you'd like to save the file.

  5. Click Save — the image will download to your selected location.

💡 Tip: Most browsers also allow you to drag and drop the image directly onto your desktop or into a folder.

Saving a Photo on a Mobile Device (iOS & Android)

  1. Open your Brokerbot chat and locate the image you want to save.

  2. Press and hold (long-press) on the image until a menu appears.

  3. Tap "Save to Photos" (iOS) or "Download image" (Android).

  4. The image will be saved directly to your Photos app or Downloads folder.

💡 Tip: On iPhone, you may need to grant Brokerbot permission to save to your Photos library the first time you attempt this.

Troubleshooting

  • Right-click menu not appearing? Make sure you're clicking directly on the image and not on the surrounding chat area.

  • Image not saving on mobile? Check that your browser has permission to save files or access your photo library in your device's settings.

  • Image looks low quality after saving? Try opening the image in a new tab first (right-click → "Open image in new tab"), then save from there for the full resolution version.
