What BrokerBot Does With Your Video
When you upload a video, BrokerBot:
Transcribes the audio — converts spoken words into searchable text.
Extracts key frames — pulls representative images from the video for visual analysis.
Indexes the content — makes the video content searchable and referenceable in your conversations.
How to Upload a Video
Click the + button in the chat window, or drag and drop the file directly into the chat.
Select your video file. The maximum file size is 50 MB.
BrokerBot will process the video — this may take a moment depending on the length.
Once processed, you can ask questions about the video content.
What You Can Do

Ask about specific topics discussed in the video.
Upload training videos to your Knowledge Center for team-wide access.
Reference video content in follow-up conversations.
Tips
Shorter videos process faster. For very long recordings, consider splitting them into sections.
Videos with clear audio produce better transcriptions.
