How to Update Your Billing Information

If you see a red banner at the top of your screen that reads "We were unable to charge your card. Please update your billing information", it means the payment method on file requires an update.

Did I Lose Access to My Account?

No, your access to BrokerBot will not be interrupted. However, to ensure your account remains in good standing and to prevent any future service disruptions, we encourage you to update your payment information as soon as possible.


Steps to Update Your Billing Information

  • Step 1: Click the "Please update your billing information" link in the red banner at the top of your screen. This will take you directly to your billing settings.

  • Step 2: On the billing page, locate your current payment method on file.

  • Step 3: Click "Add Payment Method" to enter new card details.

  • Step 4: Enter your updated credit or debit card information, including:

    • Card number

    • Expiration date

    • CVV / Security code

    • Billing address (if prompted)

  • Step 5: Click "Add" payment method.

  • Step 6: Once added, our system will automatically process the payment to bring your account current.
