How to Verify Your Phone Number

To ensure secure access to internal information and resources through the BrokerBot hotline, all users must verify their phone number.

Here’s how to complete phone verification for the first time:

Why Verification Is Required

  • You must verify your phone number to:

    • Access all internal account information and resources uploaded into BrokerBot

Step-by-Step How to Verify Your Phone Number

  • After logging into BrokerBot, you’ll be prompted to enter your mobile phone number.

  • Enter your number and click “Send Verification Code.”

  • You’ll receive a text message with a 6-digit code.

  • Type the code into BrokerBot, then select “Verify” or “Submit.”

  • If successful, you’ll see a confirmation message and gain full access to all internal account information and resources, including calling and texting the your custom Brokerbot hotline.

Trouble Receiving the Code?

  • Make sure your phone number (with area code) is entered correctly.

  • Wait up to 2 minutes for the SMS.

  • Check if your phone is blocking messages from unknown senders.

  • Click “Resend Code” to try again if necessary.

How to Verify Your Phone Number After Skipping the Initial Prompt

If you bypassed the phone verification when first using BrokerBot, you’ll need to complete this step manually to unlock full access.

Step-by-Step: Verifying Your Phone Number from Your Profile Page

  • Click on your Profile icon located in the lower left corner of BrokerBot.

  • On your profile page, enter your mobile phone number in the designated field.

  • Click “Send Verification Code.”

  • You’ll receive a text message with a 6-digit code on your phone.

  • Enter the code into the verification prompt in BrokerBot.

  • Once the code is accepted, you’ll see a green check mark next to your phone number—this means you’re fully verified!
