Why Does This Happen?
To keep BrokerBot fast and dependable for everyone, each chat is limited in how much conversation it can handle at once.
When the limit is reached, BrokerBot can’t process new input or see earlier parts of the conversation.
What Should You Do Next?
Start a New Conversation:
If BrokerBot stops responding, simply start a new chat. If you’d like, copy any important details from your previous conversation and paste them into the new one, so BrokerBot has the context it needs.Stay Focused:
