What Is the Conversation Window Limit?

  • BrokerBot keeps track of your ongoing conversation to provide clear, accurate answers.

  • There is a maximum amount of information BrokerBot can process within a single conversation.

  • If your chat goes on for a long time or involves a lot of details, you might hit this limit.


Why Does This Happen?

  • To keep BrokerBot fast and dependable for everyone, each chat is limited in how much conversation it can handle at once.

  • When the limit is reached, BrokerBot can’t process new input or see earlier parts of the conversation.


What Should You Do Next?

  • Start a New Conversation:
