Prerequisites
Access to the website’s HTML or admin panel.
Your unique BrokerBot widget install code (provided by BrokerBot).
Step-by-Step Installation
1. Locate Your Widget Install Code
Log in to your BrokerBot owner dashboard.
Go to Settings > Chat Widget.
Scroll down and copy the code in Installation Code.

2. Add the Widget Code to Your Website
Open your website editor or find the HTML source for your site.
Paste the widget code just before the closing
</body>tag on every page where you want the chat to appear.Save and publish your updates.
3. Confirm Installation
Visit your website as a visitor.
The BrokerBot chat icon should appear in the corner of your site.
Click the icon to ensure the chat window opens.
Customization Options (Optional)
In the BrokerBot owner dashboard, explore Basic Settings and Color Customization to adjust:
Colors and branding
Automated greetings
Access level to Brokerbot
Preview Chat Widget
You can interact with the preview—simply type in a prompt and experience the chat flow as your visitors would.
Any changes you make to widget settings (colors, branding, greeting message, etc.) are instantly reflected in the preview.
Use the preview to ensure the design and chat experience match your preferences before installing the widget on your site.
