BrokerBot’s Slack integration makes it easy to collaborate directly with BrokerBot right inside your team’s Slack channels. This allows for seamless information sharing and quick access to BrokerBot’s capabilities—no need to leave Slack!

What is the Slack Integration?

  • The Slack integration enables you to interact with BrokerBot from within any Slack channel where the integration is set up.

  • You can collaborate with BrokerBot just like you would in the BrokerBot web app—directly from Slack.

How Does It Work?

  • In any connected Slack channel, simply mention @brokerbot to start a conversation.

  • BrokerBot will respond in the channel, allowing you and your teammates to ask questions, request information, or manage tasks together.

  • You can collaborate as a group, just as you would in a shared web app chat.

Chat Synchronization and Visibility

  • All chats you have with BrokerBot in Slack are automatically synced with your BrokerBot account.

  • Synchronized Slack conversations display a Slack icon to the right of each chat within the BrokerBot web app, making it easy to identify chats that originated in Slack.
