Did you know you could chat with all chats?

  • “Chats within My Chats” is a special feature in BrokerBot designed for owner users, market administrators, and leadership.

  • It allows these users to see and interact with all active chat conversations within the team—not just their own.

  • This improves visibility, lets leadership provide timely support, and encourages knowledge sharing across the team.

Who Has Access?

  • Only the following user roles can access this feature:

    • Owners

    • Market Administrators

    • Leadership Team Members

  • Regular member users do not have access to all chats—they will only see their own conversations.

Key Benefits & Uses:

  • Monitor Chat Activity: Owners and administrators can view all ongoing chats, making it easier to keep up with what team members are asking.

  • Spot Top Questions: Leadership can identify recurring or important questions from members and highlight them for everyone’s benefit.

  • Create FAQ Resources: Repeated member questions can be turned into top FAQs, quick references, or company announcements.

  • Class and Event Creation: Easily create classes, learning sessions, or internal events based on common themes arising in chats.

  • Mentorship and Support: Proactively step in to answer questions, give feedback, or coach team members when needed.

How To Use It:

  1. Access the Feature:

    • Navigate to the “Chats” section in BrokerBot.

    • If you have the required permissions, you’ll see an option for “Chats Within My Chats.”

  1. Browse Conversations:

    • View the list of active or recent chat threads started by team members.

    • Click into any chat to read, contribute, or provide guidance.

  2. Highlight Top Questions:

    • Use the tools provided to flag or promote commonly asked questions for future reference.

    • Compile these into a knowledge base article, FAQ, or training session.

  3. Create Classes or Events:

    • Launch events or schedule classes directly from trending topics or frequent chat threads.

Best Practices:

  • Respect Privacy: Only discuss team-wide, training, or policy content within all-chats—avoid sharing individual personal details unless appropriate.

  • Elevate Common Questions: Focus on using this oversight to educate and empower, not to micromanage.

  • Leverage for Continuous Improvement: Regularly update resources and training from what you’re seeing in chats.

Need More Help?

  • If you have questions about this feature or your permissions, contact your team’s owner user or BrokerBot support.
