A green checkmark will appear next to the user’s phone number in their profile, indicating that the number is officially verified.
📞 Hotline Call: System Calls Users by Name
When a registered user calls the Hotline, the system will greet or address them by name. This means the number is recognized and matched to that user in the system.
💬 Hotline Conversation Display
Click on Hotline to view conversation history.
If the user’s name appears in a text or call conversation, it confirms the number is registered.
If only the phone number (with no name) is displayed, the number is not recognized as being registered to a user.
