Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Click the + button in the chat window, usually located next to the message input box.
Step 2: Choose the file(s) you wish to upload from your device. Supported file types can include PDFs, Word documents, images (JPEG/PNG), and more.
Step 3: Once selected, the file(s) will appear as pending attachments in your message.
Step 4: Type your message or question for BrokerBot, providing any relevant context about the attachment (e.g., “Review the attached inspection report”).
Step 5: Click return, enter, or button to deliver your message along with the attached file(s).

Tips
You can attach multiple files to a single message.
For the quickest response, explain what you want BrokerBot to do with the attachment.
If you want BrokerBot to search for information inside the file, mention specific questions or sections (e.g., “What is the earnest money amount in the attached contract?”).
Troubleshooting
If you do not see an attachment icon, make sure your platform or device supports file uploads.
Ensure your file size does not exceed system limits of 100 pages
If an upload fails, try refreshing your browser or start a new chat and re-uploading.
