Initial Setup
Step 1: Log In
Go to www.BrokerBot.ai using the email authorized by your leadership
If invites were pre-sent by leadership, accept the invite from [email protected]
Step 2: Authenticate Your Phone
Click on your Profile (bottom left corner)
Authenticate your phone number
You should see a little green checkbox next to your phone number once complete
Step 3: Save Your Hotline
Go to your Hotline section
Save the number in your cell phone as "BrokerBot Hotline"

Once your team is set up, explore these capabilities to get the most out of BrokerBot:
Workflows
Ask your team owner to create custom Workflows — specialized AI assistants tailored for specific tasks like lead intake, transaction coordination, or compliance reviews. Find them in Settings → Workflows.
Integrations
Connect your tools in Settings → Integrations:
Canva — Create professional designs and marketing materials directly in chat.
Gmail & Google Calendar — Send emails, manage drafts, and schedule events.
Outlook — Alternative to Gmail for email and calendar.
KW Command — CRM for Keller Williams teams.
Follow Up Boss, Cloze, CINC — Additional CRM integrations (rolling out — may not be available to all teams yet).

Video Uploads
Upload video files (.mp4, .webm, .mov) to chat or the Knowledge Center. BrokerBot automatically transcribes and indexes them.
Scheduled Tasks
Ask BrokerBot to schedule recurring tasks — follow-ups, reminders, and automated actions. View and manage all tasks from the Tasks page.
Escalation Settings
Team owners can configure how BrokerBot escalates conversations to humans in Settings → Escalations — route to specific team members, send to email, or create Zendesk tickets.
