How to Upload an Excel or CSV File

  • Go to the Knowledge Center from your admin dashboard.

  • Choose the upload option and select your Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file.

  • Complete the upload process and double-check that the document appears correctly for your team.

Tip: Use clear, descriptive file names to help your users quickly understand the purpose of the file.

How Can The Files Be Found in the Knowledge Center?

Users can use BrokerBot to search for needed files in the Knowledge Center! If a user is looking for a specific Excel or CSV document (or any other resource), they can simply ask BrokerBot. BrokerBot will:

  • Search the Knowledge Center automatically for the file or information requested

  • Return relevant results, including a summary and the file referenced

Encourage users to:

  • Be as specific as possible when asking BrokerBot (e.g., “Where can I find the latest transaction spreadsheet?” or “Show me the CSV for quarterly sales data.”)

  • If the file isn’t found, users can ask you (as Market Administrator) to upload or update the file as needed
