How do I log into Brokerbot?

Where do I go to log in to BrokerBot for the first time?

Firstly, congratulations on taking the first steps towards saving yourself precious time and energy by utilizing your very own AI Assistant, BrokerBot.

Here are 2 options for instructions of how to login and use BrokerBot for the first time!

Option 1:


When your Team/Brokerage onboarded and rolled out BrokerBot, you should have received an invitation email to your work email address.

Step 1:


The email will be from [email protected] and will have the following Subject, "You've been invited to join [insert Brokerage/Team name here]":


Click on "Accept Invitation".

OR

Directly as an Individual User as

If you have not received an invitation email and are joining BrokerBot independently (not through a team or brokerage invitation), you can still create your own account and get started:

  • Go to Brokerbot.ai and click on "Free Trial"

  • Select the Individual Plan

  • Fill out payment information and submit

  • Then you will have full access to your very own AI Assistant

Step 2:


Access your profile information to update and register your phone number to secure your account, and to enable the full functionalities of BrokerBot's voice capabilities. Your phone will receive an sms with the verification code to validate your phone number. You will know that it verified when there is a green check mark to the right of your number.


Option 2:


Log in from the BrokerBot Home Page.
If you can't find your invitation email, you can still log in using your work email address from BrokerBot.ai

Step 1:


Select "Login" -> "Continue with work email" -> Enter your email address -> Use verification code sent to your email.

Logging in from the Home Page will look like this:

You're in! Welcome to your new AI Assistant!

Step 2:


See Step 2, Option 1, above. Register your phone number to secure your account and to enable the full functionalities of BrokerBot's voice capabilities.

Note: If you do not add your phone number, you will have limited access to your Team's internal documents via calling and texting.
