The email used to create your account was provided by your Broker/Team Leader.
You may be using a different email address/phone number than when you first started with your current company.
Step 1: Ask your Broker/Manager/Market Center Administrator to find your user profile.
Option 1: You can sign-in using this existing profile if you still have access to this email address.
Option 2: You do not want to use this pre-existing email address for login. Proceed with Step 2.

Step 2: Your Broker/Manager/Market Center Administrator can "Remove user" by going to Settings -> Members -> Search team members -> Click on three dots to the right of your old email address -> Select "Remove user".

Step 3: Your Broker/Manager/Market Center Administrator can now select "Add Member" in the top right of the Members page.
This will open up the "Invite Team Member" interface so they can now enter in your (new/preferred) email address and send you a new login invitation to that email.
REMINDER: Once you log in, please don't forget to enter in your phone number to your profile. YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS BROKERBOT'S FULL CAPABILITIES.
